The Apostles' Creed is a living link that connects us to the very first Christians, and is a bond that unites believers today from diverse cultures and traditions. Here at WPC we recite it every time we celebrate communion and welcome new members to the church as a way of summarizing and affirming our faith. Starting Sunday, January 12, Pastor Matt and Pastor Chris will lead us in a 4-week Faith Conversation about the origin and purpose of the Apostles’ Creed, as well as its relevance and application to our lives today. Teaching and conversation will be led around a DVD resource featuring an international and interdenominational cast of notable theologians, including Dr. N.T. Wright. Be sure to join us for what is sure to be an interesting and enlightening series. We will gather in Hoffman Hall right after worship. Refreshments and childcare will be provided.
