After hearing from you through our Zoom meetings and online survey, we have decided to alter our plans for the Women's Retreat and go forward with a one day event held in Jann Williams' backyard instead of meeting for a full weekend at Serra Retreat.  

Our day together will run from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM on Saturday, September 25, and will include coffee and light breakfast snacks, time with our speaker Pastor Chris, time for discussion in small groups, a catered boxed lunch, free time to socialize together, and a closing prayer service. It will be a wonderful time to be together and reflect on our theme of beloved community. 

Childcare is available upon request - please let Jessica know as soon as possible if you will need childcare at jplace@westwoodpres.org. Vaccines are still required - if you have not already done so, please email Jessica a photo or scan of your vaccination card. 

Those who have already paid their registration fee online or by check will be refunded - most checks were not deposited as we were waiting on a final decision, and voided checks can be returned to you at your request - just email Jessica. 

If you plan to attend this one day event, please email Jessica, even if you have already sent in a registration form. The registration fee is $25, which can still be paid either online or by check, and must be received by September 17. Financial aid is available, just let us know if you need any assistance.
